HAM FOILS
With its help, you too will achieve perfectly shaped ham and meat specialties without bubbles and crumbling of the product.
How does it all work? HAM FOIL wraps around the product, shrinks when heated and pushes the air out of the product through the perforations – no need to evacuate the mould!
The same applies to the sprues:
- Muscle pieces, fat cover and skin stick together perfectly with the meat.
- It removes water from the product faster by pressure.
BACON PAPIER SPEZIAL
This special paper ensures optimal drying and sealing of meat products in Eberhardt moulds.
Advantages:
- The silicone is applied on both sides of the paper – it can be easily peeled off the surface of the product.
- Reduces weight loss.
- Heat resistant up to 220 °C.
- Easily separable from the product (does not tear off pieces of meat).
